Mélissa St-Amour

Native of Sutton, I grew up in the construction world. Having a carpenter as a father I was always intrigued by real estate and became passionate at a young age.

I have traveled in most of Canada, in the South, as well as in Europe, I have worked in the wine industry (export and import) where I acquired a lot of experience also in the equestrian world in Western Canada and in California. All while completing my college studies obtaining a Diploma in Business and Management and a B.A.A in Business Administration specializing in Management and Marketing. I then worked in agricultural supply where I was able to apply the art of negotiation. After creating a vast network of contacts in the region, I decided to pursue my passion and obtain my real estate license. I am very well-equipped while being surrounded by the great ColdBrook team.

I am a reliable, bilingual and professional person. I have good interpersonal skills and I inspire confidence. My personal qualities, such as the sense of organization, responsibilities, management of priorities, possessing a positive attitude and very conscientious of my environment. My ability to listen, as well as a good sense of business make me a person who will be able to carry out the mandates entrusted to me.
