Addenda

This home has all the modern ammenities of a recently built home but with all the style, charm and luxury you would find in an 1870's build! You will feel grand just walking in the door and your friends and family will enjoy all the extra bedrooms not to mention the convenience of being so close to the village, the beach and boat club and golf course.

Such a stylish beauty! One that must be visited to be truly appreciated.

Built in 1875, this incredible ""townhouse""as it was once referred to was named, Edgehill. For several generations it was owned by two different doctors who settled in the area. In the 1930's it was bought by theatre afficianados. At that time it was enlarged to house actors as they built the Brae Manor Summer Theatre next door to the house. The theatre ran for several decades with incredible popularity until 1960. The house then became known as The Brae Manor and the name has remained!
