Addenda

Have you ever walked into a place and felt instantly at home? That is the feeling you have here. This magnificent historic home has a story: It was located in central Quebec where it had been covered in stucco and scheduled for destruction. The present owner bought it, deconstructed it, labelled each log, and rebuilt it in Lac-Brome on beautiful Tibbits Hill. Artisanally recreated using new windows, but exact reproductions of the originals. Wide-plank antique pine floors on all three floors.

The joy of this home is the 2016 ammenities, with a circa late 1800's look; it is truly unique.

The guest house was the original carriage house for the farm that once stood at this location. It now has an open-concept cathedral ceilinged upper floor with a huge picture window to capture every pink and orange sunset.

Three bedrooms below complete the intergenerational property.

The horse barn has a rented apartment and a workshop below as well as a full arena and 6 box stalls. This morsel of land is a bite out of a larger horse farm and friendly horses can often be found next door. Ideal for a hobby farmer or anyone seeking paradise! -Numerous improvements and renovations (see DV, Annex G) -Protected agricultural land -Minimum lot size 5 acres for the area. *possibility of apiary, hobby farm, family property
